Two-way fluid-structure interaction study of twisted tape insert in a circular tube having integral fins with nanofluid

This work deals with fluid-structure interaction (FSI), one of the emerging areas numerical simulation and calculation. research shows a study investigating heat transfer enhancement in circular finned tube by using alumina nanofluid as working fluid typical twisted tape that has twisting ratio 1.85. The studied volumes fraction are φ=0, 3, 5 % under conditions laminar turbulent flow. solution for such problems is based on relations continuum mechanics mostly done methods. FSI occurs when flow influences properties structure or vice versa. It computational challenge to deal due complexity defining geometries, nature between solid, intricate physics fluids requirements resources. CFD investigations were made finite volume techniques solve governing three-dimensional partial differential equations get influence inserted concentration enhancement, friction loss, average Nusselt number, velocity profile, thermal performance factor characteristics, two-way at continuity, momentum energy solved Ansys Fluent Transient Structural. results show deformations coupling fluctuate from side side, 0.004 mm, maximum amplitude, located center. Heat dissipation improved adding fins Reynolds numbers increase behavior increases.
